Below are some of the many activities that we can build into a Primary school programme:

Plant resources – game to explore the needs of plants with a few survival challenges.

Build a tree – fun group activity to create a giant working tree, looking at structure and function.

If trees could talk – every tree has a story to tell. Learn how a tree grows by inspecting a cross section of its trunk.

Leaf diversity challenge – challenge to find different shapes, colours and textures of leaves.

Woodland pizza – learn about the many woodland layers, starting with a rock base and finishing with a sprinkling of mushrooms and decayed wood. Bake in the sunshine!
